Last year in September, I was playing Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. Their loading screen was inspiring:
It was a challenging perspective and I had a friend who loves windmills, so I thought, why not try to paint it for them? So I sketched it out, put a first layer of paint on it…
… and then had a falling out with that friend so I left it at that for half a year. I recently found the canvas under a pile of, well, other unfinsihed canvases, and decided to continue working on it.
Still needs a final touch and an added element of je ne sais quoi yet. To be continued.
